Sometimes artists told us they didn’t need help or on-boarding because they already knew how livestreaming works or had used OBS before.

Nevertheless there was often issues with those Sessions so here’s a list of common mistakes ;-)

Common sound issues :

• no sound at all
• mic level was is too low compared to music
• overall level is too low
• there’s an echo in the sound due to feedback loops between the livestream and your audio system

Livestream video issues (freezing, buffering…) :

• internet speed too slow
• internet unstable because of bad wifi or faulty ethernet cable
• computer too slow / overheating

We recommend doing a proper test of your setup before a session.
