1. What is “Music Feedback” on Echio?

It is an in-depth feedback where you receive a full track/demo and provide feedback via a private recorded video message.

• 📺 Feedback is private via a video message (not live)
• 💿 Full track review
• 💰 Custom price : you set the price for a music feedback request (minimum price of $30)
• ⏱ Feedback in 7 days : you have 7 days to answer before the request expires
• ➕ Updated versions (optional) : if you decide to, you can let the user send you updated versions of the same demo after they applied changes based on your first feedback. The fee for feedback on updated versions of the same demo is 70% of the original price.
• You can cancel any request you don't feel like answering.

2. Activate & configure the Music Feedback features

When you sign up to Echio as a mentor, the music feedback features will be activated by default and you’ll be asked to set a price per music feedback request. The minimum is $30.

Once your Echio artist account is active, you can :

• Pause all music feedback requests (for holidays, if you’re too busy with something else…).
