Depending on the type of Session you want to do (Q&A, workshop, studio hang out etc...) and how good you want your livestream to look, there's 2 types of setup possible.

The OBS setup allows you to create a high quality livestream with multiple cameras and audio sources, high definition video and audio, options to customize your livestream with logos, animations, transitions etc. OBS is THE standard (free) software for live streaming, used on every platform by all streamers (Twitch, Youtube etc.). We strongly recommend it if you want to make a more advanced and fun-to-watch livestream.

The In-Browser setup (still in Beta) - exclusive to Echio - doesn’t require any additional software install, but it is more limited : you can only choose one camera and one audio source (usually your laptop mic) and the sound and video quality will be lower. This is a good option for quick and simple livestreams like an impromptu Q&A.
